The European Society of Neuroradiology (ESNR) is seeking a motivated and engaged early-career neuroradiologist to join the ESNRise Committee for the 2025–2027 term.
ABOUT ESNRise:
Founded in September 2023, ESNRise represents the voice of early career neuroradiologists across Europe. The committee currently includes six dedicated subcommittee members and is focused on shaping the next generation of leaders in neuroradiology.
ESNRise mission is to:
- Build a supportive and dynamic network for young neuroradiologists
- Provide a platform for collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge exchange
- Develop and deliver educational programs tailored to early-career professionals
- Contribute actively to the work of other ESNR committees by offering the perspective of younger members
Key Activities of ESNRise
- Scientific Contribution: Supporting ESNR’s scientific agenda, contributing to the programs of the ESNR Annual Meeting & Courses, the ESNRise Lounge at the Annual Meeting, co-authoring guidelines and recommendations, and more
- Committee Engagement:
- Holding weekly 1-hour online meetings to coordinate projects
- Enhancing ESNR’s social media presence (X, Instagram, etc.)
- Collaborating with the Communications Committee’s Social Media Group
- Promoting initiatives for young members, including an ESNRise webinar/conference
- Participating in coffee breaks during the ESNR Annual Meeting
- Leading the mentor-mentee program, with ESNRise responsible for the selection process and overall coordination
Who Can Apply?
We invite applications from ESNR members who are clinicians or researchers in neuroradiology, including residents and fellows, and who:
- Are 38 years of age or younger at the time of application
- Have a strong interest in education, research, and scientific collaboration
- Can dedicate approximately 2–3 hours per week to committee activities, meetings, and related follow-up tasks
